In the quaint village of Seville, the beautiful Rosina is courted by quite a few men, and the quick-witted barber Figaro is in the middle of it all! One of Rossini’s most beloved works, this sparkling comic opera will be presented semi-staged and will showcase the talented young vocalists and instrumentalists taking part in CCM’s Realizing Rossini summer workshop.

Not quite the classic fairytale you remember, this popular take on the Cinderella story presents a disheveled stepfather and his two daughters who are unprepared for Prince Ramiro to take an interest in stepdaughter Angelina. One of Rossini’s funniest operas, La Cenerentola will be presented semi-staged and will showcase the talented young vocalists and instrumentalists taking part in CCM’s Realizing Rossini summer workshop. Sung in Italian with English supertitles.
